As a certified Somatic Sex Educator and Somatic Sexological Bodywork practitioner, certified by the Institute of Somatic Sexology, I offer a safe and supportive space for self-discovery. My background includes physical education, psychology, vibrator expertise, and five years immersed in the field of sexuality.
My journey to this work began with a series of transformative experiences – a broken marriage, a powerful festival of sexuality and embodiment, and a growing curiosity about sex toys. These experiences ignited a deep personal transformation, shifting my perspective on my body, my sense of self, and my understanding of intimacy. I began to truly understand the profound wisdom held within the body, recognizing it as a vessel of memory, emotion, and authentic expression. This personal awakening sparked a sense of purpose – a deep knowing that I was meant to share this understanding with others.
I believe that true well-being encompasses the integration of body, mind, and spirit. Through my work, I guide individuals to become more present and aware of their bodies, to understand the language of their sensations, and to unlock the potential for healing and growth that resides within. I help people navigate the impact of cultural taboos and societal expectations, creating a safe space to explore desires, boundaries, and authentic self-expression.
